At Green Holistic Medicine, you will be treated as a whole person, not just a set of symptoms.  All aspects of your well-being will be addressed, including your diet, your stage of life, and your sexual well-being, if appropriate.  You will not be prescribed a medication to eliminate  a symptom without working to discover the cause of the symptom and attempting to eliminate it without drugs, if possible. However, if a medication is warranted, it will certainly be prescribed and monitored closely.

Dr. Clifford Sonnie is a Board Certified Medical Physician who has chosen to look at medicine from a different point of view. Traditional medicine usually takes a reactive stance with respect to healthcare. Typically, once a disease shows itself, treatment begins.

At our clinic, we take a proactive stance, a preventative stance. We do not want to limit each patient by diagnosing specific diseases. Instead, we look at the body as a whole. Each section of the body, each part of the body, is an integral piece of the entire being. Once the body is balanced on all levels, it operates the way God intended for it to operate. Once balanced, the symptoms and the ailments plaguing patients today ameliorate themselves.

This is why we started our clinic. We are not anti-traditional medicine at all. Traditional medicine can and has prolonged our lives. We believe there has to be a better way, and that way is to “get back to nature”. We do this in concert with traditional medicine, not in opposition. We are not here to replace your family physician. We are here to complement your health care.

Elite Health and Wellness is a family practice that treats people of all ages dealing with many forms of pain.  The doctors at the practice strive to educate the public that Chiropractic care is a safe and effective way to improve their health and quality of life. 
In addition to helping those with back pain and headaches, Drs. Scott and Lena Haggerty also treat other conditions and address other areas of the body that are important in overall health and body function.

Drs. Haggerty both have their Chiropractic Nutrition Specialist (CNS) certifications, enabling them to educate their patients on how diet affects overall health, how certain foods can be a driver for chronic disease, and how a person can use nutrition to decrease pain and inflammation. 

Both are only an internship away from completing their Master of Science in Sports Science and Rehabilitation and utilize functional movement screens, also known as injury prevention screens, to detect subtle flaws in biomechanics that are inhibiting athletic performance.

Dr. Scott also works with many extremity problems, such as shoulder, elbow, knee, and foot pain. As patients experience tremendous relief in these areas with Dr. Scott, Dr. Lena has a special interest in reaching out to pregnant women and children. 

She is certified in Webster Technique, which focuses on balancing the pelvis and restoring normal neuro-biomechanics in pregnant women.

Dr. Tamara is a Nationally Board Certified Naturopathic Physician (NPLEX) and Acupuncturist (NCCAOM).
