| Kamut® Chili |

Ingredients:

1 cup Kamut grain, soaked overnight, drained |
| |
3 cups water |
| |
2 cups cooked Pinto Beans |
| |
1 large onion, chopped |
| |
1 green bell pepper, chopped |
| |
3 cloves garlic, minced |
| |
3 teaspoons chili powder |
| |
2 teaspoons salt |
| |
2 cups tomato sauce |
| |
1 cup water |
| |
1 15 ounce can stewed tomatoes |
| |
4 drops Tabasco sauce |
| |
1 teaspoon Cumin |
|
| |
Directions:
Bring soaked Kamut and water to a boil in a large pot.
Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer, covered, until all water is absorbed, about 30-40 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients in with Kamut. Simmer for 1 1/2 - 2 hours.
