| Tuna Steaks with Cucumber Sauce |

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons ground Cumin |
| |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
| |
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil |
| |
1/4 cup plain, non-fat yogurt |
| |
1 tablespoon crushed red pepper |
| |
4 large cloves garlic, minced |
| |
2 4 oz. tuna steaks |
| |
1 cup minced cucumber |
| |
1/4 cup minced scallion |
|
| |
Directions:
Combine Cumin, salt, red pepper, garlic, and olive oil in a small bowl and rub over both sides of tuna steaks.
Grill, broil, or pan-fry tuna, turning once, until there’s just a fraction of the red left in the center.
Meanwhile make sauce by combining yogurt with grated cucumber and green onions.
Remove tuna to serving plates and top with Cucumber Sauce.
