What is PEP? PEP, or Professional Education Program, is on-going specialized training. After her or his initial training, each team member begins the process of continuing education on specific topics, directed by our our in-store dietitian, Nicole Gould RD, LD. Topics include:

Once a staff member masters the material, she or he is certified by our Dietitian as a Vital Choice Expert and the topic is added to the Expert Badge they wear.

Vital Choice Healthstore is a locally owned family business. Brothers David and Michael Ventresca founded Vital Choice in 1998 after spending several years working with their father, Dr. Gino Ventresca in the Brentwell Institute of Holistic Health. Our mission is to help our customers get and stay healthy through education, nutrition and lifestyle management. We accomplish this through:
