At Vital Choice Health Store, our Health Assistants play a key role in creating an outstanding customer experience. Whether answering questions, sharing wellness knowledge, or helping someone find the right product, you’re part of what makes our store trusted, approachable, and rooted in care.

What You’ll Do

• Create a warm, welcoming environment for every customer
• Ask thoughtful questions and guide customers to helpful solutions
• Learn about vitamins, supplements, and natural products - and share your knowledge with others
• Maintain clean, well-stocked shelves and rotate products for freshness
• Complete purchases and returns quickly and accurately at the register
• Follow daily cleaning checklists to ensure the store remains inviting and organized
• Assist with restocking, displays, and merchandise organization

What We’re Looking For

• A sincere interest in natural health and personal wellness
• A friendly, energetic personality with a focus on building relationships
• Willingness to learn and stay up to date on products and trends
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Some evening and weekend availability is a must

This Role Is a Great Fit If You:

• Have retail or customer service experience (not required, but helpful)
• Are curious about natural health and enjoy ongoing learning

Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Pay: $12.00 – $15.00 per hour (based on experience and product knowledge)

At Vital Choice Health Store, every role plays a part in creating a positive experience for our customers. As a cashier, you'll do more than ring up products—you’ll help people feel good about their visit and their health.

What You’ll Do

• Greet customers with a smile and process their purchases
• Accurately handle cash, credit cards, and returns
• Provide basic information about product locations or categories
• Reconcile the register and sales receipts at the end of shifts
• Keep your station and the front of the store tidy and organized

What We’re Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with payments and change
• A friendly, service-oriented personality who enjoys helping others
• Clear verbal communication and a calm, professional presence
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Dependable and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail setting
• Some evening and weekend availability is a must
