It has been said the human brain is the most complex structure in the known universe. While I may not be qualified to dispute this, I can say that when I walk room to room looking for my phone only to find it’s in my hand, I’m not sure I feel like my brain is the poster child for all things complex. All joking aside, the mind is an incredibly powerful tool. Unfortunately, for many of us the modern lifestyle with its stress, rushed meals and lack of sleep can make it difficult to feel mentally at your best. For me, this has only become even more apparent as I’ve aged. Today, I’d like to answer the question, ‘What can I do to enhance my mental clarity?’

First, make sure you’re getting enough sleep, seven to nine hours is recommended. Next, get moving. Regular exercise means increased blood flow which means increased oxygen to the brain. Third, consider supplementation.
