Black Seed Oil Packs Power

This is a subtitle for your new post

Researchers have been studying the considerable health benefits of black seed oil since the 1960s. In fact, over 600 scientific peer-reviewed articles have been published demonstrating the effects black seed oil can have on cancer, high blood pressure, liver health and diabetes among many others. What may be most surprising of all is given all its numerous benefits, few of us have ever heard of it.

Black seed, or black cumin seed (botanically known as Nigella sativa) can be eaten or cold-pressed to concentrate the oil and active ingredients. The most widely researched ingredients are Thymoquinone (TQ) and Thymohydroquinone (THQ). These two compounds demonstrate significant anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and anti-tumor ability among other benefits. Recent research also shows these phytochemicals can combat metabolic syndrome, a growing concern characterized by increased blood pressure, high blood sugar, excess body fat around the waist, and abnormal cholesterol or triglyceride levels that together increase your risk of heart disease, stroke and diabetes.

Given the numerous benefits of black seed oil, I’m very excited about a new product called Golden Black Seed from New Chapter. Golden Black Seed is a combination of a full-spectrum black seed oil extract along with turmeric in a vegicap. This product contains over 30-times the TQ of the leading cold-pressed oil and in a recent clinical study demonstrated significant antioxidant activity in the participants as well as an improvement in all parameters of metabolic syndrome after 8-weeks. Hydration depends on having the right balance of minerals inside and outside your cells, so water moves where it is needed. Without them, water can pass through the body without fully hydrating the tissues.

For many, allergy season doesn’t begin with sneezing. It starts with sinus pressure, headaches and post-nasal drip. By the time classic allergy symptoms show up, the immune system has often been reacting for weeks.
